About Monster Distribution
Monster Distribution is one of New Zealand's leading independent distributors of fishing gear, for discerning Kiwi anglers who value high-quality products proven to catch the biggest fish.
We're keen fishermen ourselves, and our aim is to put some of the world's best fishing gear into the hands of anglers up and down the country. Fishing technology is moving fast, with remarkable products coming out of Japan and the other world-leading fishing nations, and we make it available here.
We are the New Zealand distributor for Halco, Assassin, Scotty, XBraid, Maxima, Hayabusa, Vexed, Fuji, Meiho, Temple Fork Outfitters, Cortland and Mepps, with new brands in the works as we add products that complement the range.
We supply over 200 stores across New Zealand and the South Pacific, from Hunting & Fishing, Marine Deals, Smart Marine and Burnsco to a broad range of independent tackle shops. Having trouble finding a stockist? Get in touch and we'll work with a retailer near you to make sure you're looked after.
Monster Distribution in New Zealand
Our distribution centre is in Ruakākā, Northland. We hold stock locally and dispatch retailer orders the same day they come in, through a wholesale platform our own in-house team built, with live inventory and full product details for every line.
For the brands we represent, that means an end-to-end marketing, wholesale and warehousing partner in New Zealand: brand sites written for Kiwi anglers, social and print marketing, sponsorship of influential anglers, and a trade network that already reaches most of the country's tackle counters.
